Bulawayo School of Excellence
The Bulawayo School of Excellence has been set up to cater for the empowerment of children and women.
BSESA Bulawayo School of Excellence Soccer Academy
Bulawayo School of Excellence is a football academy for boys and girls under the age of 18.
Children are drawn from the poorest areas of Bulawayo and preference is given to orphans and vulnerable children.
Children are mentored by qualified football coaches and the academy is competing in the Zimbabwe Football Association junior league and the women’s league.
The long term goal of this academy is to turn some of the children into professional players who will go own to ply their trade in other countries and make a living out of football.

Bulawayo School of Excellence is a new initiative by Africa Children's Fund to try and expand service and assistance from Just Orphans But to other Vulnerable Groups.
Our School of excellence Programme Combines a sports Academy in conjnction with a Business School.
TRAINING
Through Bulawayo School of Excellence, children under go an introductory course in ICT. They also receive training in ‘starting your own business’.
ICT training is work oriented as it includes aspects of office practice, including receptionist duties. Children are also sent on work experience during the course of their training.
EDUCATION
Africef is paying tuition for children in and around Bulawayo. In the past years we were paying for all children under our stable but we have changed our criteria now. We are now paying for those academically gifted and other resources are put into training the rest in life skills. The rest are go to do ICT and a course entitled ‘’starting your own business’’.
